Conscious Menopause Circles
What if peri/menopause was a COLLECTIVE experience?
Join a Circle in your area for this brand new conversation - one that doesn't stop at peri/menopausal symptoms, but instead explores how to feel empowered by the changes we're experiencing.
What might the journey of peri/menopause be like when we have other women to hold it with us, to hear what we are going through, to share our insights, our grief, our questions, our uncertainty, our discovery?
Something unanticipated and quite extraordinary, that's what!
In the CONSCIOUS MENOPAUSE CIRCLES, we enter a conversation that is centuries overdue.
In this an utterly contemporary exploration conversation, we graciously (or not) decline the prescribed medicalized version of peri/menopause and choose instead to explore this initiatory journey focusing on who we are now, and emerging into this second half of our lives - as embodied Wise Women.
Themes we'll include
Our changing bodies; our sexuality; why we want to be alone, dammit!; truth-telling; "the mists" of insomnia, brain fog, depression, anger, weight gain; what we have outgrown and what we are being called upon to let go of; conscious aging; and, the beautiful stories of other women.

What others are saying ...
"Sitting in circle with Ashley is a deep dive into our collective feminine wisdom. I found myself in tears with "aha" moments as I heard my own stories coming from all the other women. To have a place where I can recognize what is going on my life during this time of deep transition is a great gift. This work is revolutionary! Ashley - thank you for the great gift of your presence and what you bring to us all.
ALERT: every woman of 40+ needs to be here!!"

"Our mothers and grandmothers and their mothers and grandmothers couldn't speak the word ‘menopause’.
