We believe the healing power of other women is critical in relieving the isolation and confusion around PMS.
What you get from the group?
_In the framework of our 8 guiding principles, in the safety of our small groups, we explore topics that expand our understanding of what’s happening in our bodies, how our beliefs about our bodies might impact our PMS and what our PMS might be indicating needs our attention.
By using body awareness, mindfulness and the healing support of other women, we move step-by-step through hormone literacy and cycle tracking to create an easy to understand map of YOUR hormonal cycle and how it's making you feel.
You will also get tools for understanding what's at the root of your emotional symptoms of PMS; a community of women to support you while you discover what you need and how to get it to alleviate your symptoms; a network of resources and referrals for complementary support.
At last, a a safe space to explore issues that you might be too afraid to look at alone, might not know how to look at, might not even know you need to look at it. A place to work with your PMS to get lasting, empowering results.
