Our commitment to your body
As a result of our cultural programming, we women unlearn how to listen to our body - we push it, resent it, ignore it, feel betrayed by it, get disengaged from it, feel overwhelmed or disempowered by it. At Healing PMS, we believe that for optimum health, the first step is to bring awareness to this primary relationship.
We recognize that we all find ourselves in different places on this body-self continuum. We also know that this relationship can ease and shift when we move beyond the shame and blame to a non-judgmental exploration of our experience.
We are committed to helping each woman discover relevant and real ways for her to feel better in her body. These guiding principles are at the heart of all of our programs.
All women have a birthright to have a fulfilling relationship with their bodies
