What is Emotional PMS?
The standard definition says Emotional PMS is when any or some of the the following emotional symptoms appear between ovulation and the onset of menstruation and then disappear after menstruation.
How we understand PMS
_Ever been told:
Much of the advice out there about how to handle the emotional symptoms of PMS suggest stress-reduction solutions like extra sleep, massage, music and meditation, positive self-talk, breathing exercises, yoga, visualization and/or exercise. While these serve to temporarily alleviate stress (and hopefully the PMS) they do not address the underlying emotional causes that may be at the root of feeling out of control/balance.

PMS and stress
_We believe that PMS is an expression of the imbalance in a woman’s life. These imbalances originate from stresses that are being not being metabolized and are expressed in PMS symptoms.
